Welcome to Pioneer Foodservice

Established in 1878 and now a family company in its fifth generation, we are one of the largest and longest running independent suppliers to the catering trade in the UK.

With a fleet of over 50 multi-temperature vehicles delivering from three regional depots our aim is to provide the best quality products quickly and efficiently to all business types and sizes throughout the north of England and southern Scotland.

Smart new look for Pioneer fleet

Pioneer's new branding is being rolled out in our fleet of multi-temperature vans. All new vehicles ordered since September 2011 have the new artwork which incorporates a selection of images representing the diverse product range we offer. 

The vehicles have state-of-the-art refrigeration and temperature monitoring equipment to ensure goods arrive in the best condition. They are replaced on a six year cycle to ensure the fleet remains modern and efficient.
